Biography
A practice that moves between creative writing, academic research, and the architecture of information.
Born in Naples in 1997, Cristiano Cardone is a writer and academic working in eerie, unsettling territories. He has published two novels—Fecola di Neve and Etimasia—and a cyberpunk thriller trilogy comic, CFBT. His short fiction appears in Don’t Submit, Apocalypse Confidential, Expat Press, and elsewhere, while he serves as fiction editor for Blood+Honey.
Cardone earned his bachelor’s in contemporary literature in 2019 and a master’s in Ibsen Studies from the University of Oslo in 2021, with an Erasmus exchange in Poland. He has presented at international conferences including Literature and Science at the University of Rome “Sapienza” and the XV International Ibsen Conference in Nanjing, and contributed as a research assistant at the University of Oslo.
Currently based in Oslo, he works as a librarian after completing a second master’s in Library and Information Science at OsloMet. His practice blends creative writing, academic research, and information science.
